How do I post a part request? +
Go to the homepage, enter your vehicle Make, Model, Year, and the Part Name. It's free! Verified sellers will send you quotes shortly.
What if the part I received is broken? +
If the part is damaged, do not mark the order as received. Raise a dispute immediately from your dashboard. Your payment is safe in Escrow until the issue is resolved.
How do I become a verified seller? +
Sign up as a seller and upload your Business License and ID in the dashboard. Verification usually takes 24-48 hours.
When do I get paid? +
Funds are released to your wallet immediately after the buyer confirms delivery. You can withdraw to your bank account anytime (min $20).
What is Budget Carpart Escrow? +
Escrow protects both parties. The buyer pays upfront, but we hold the money securely. We only release it to the seller once the buyer receives the part.
Are payments secure? +
Yes, all payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
